We will be used to manufacture large diameter submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipe steel plate after the production line. Then we use the prebending machine equipment to prebend the edge of the plate, so that the edge of the plate can have the required curvature. We then press half of our pre-bent steel sheet into a J shape by stepping it several times using a JCO forming machine. At the same time, we also need to step press the other half into a C shape, and finally form the open O shape.

 

The formed straight seam welded steel pipe is welded and gas shielded welding is used for continuous welding; The longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding is carried out on the inside of the straight steel pipe. High-frequency welding

 

High-frequency welding process is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, as well as the skin effect of AC charge in the conductor, vortex heat flux effect and proximity effect. The edge steel of the weld is heated until it is heated to a molten state, and then the roller extrusion process is used to make the intergranular combination of the butt weld can be realized, so as to achieve the purpose of welding. One or a group of impedors are rotated in the tube blank near the center of induction coil, and the impedors form an electromagnetic induction circuit with the opening of the tube blank. Under the action of skin effect and proximity effect, strong and concentrated thermal effect is generated at the opening edge of the tube billet, which makes the weld edge quickly heated to the temperature required for welding. After the press roll extrusion, the molten metal realizes indirect crystal bonding, and forms a firm butt weld after cooling.
